This instructional is designed for wrestlers and grapplers of all skill levels who want to improve their ability to control tie ups and find more takedown opportunities!

In this instructional, 3x NCAA champion, 4x All-American and Hodge Trophy winner Alex Dieringer will share his techniques, strategies, and tips on controlling the inside tie position and scoring points, regardless of your opponent’s reactions.

The instructional covers the inside tie position from neutral, but Dieringer breaks it down into his two favorite inside tie variations: 1. underhook and inside tie and 2. collar tie and inside tie.

Alex walks through both tie-ups and outlines how he gets to his high-percentage attacks from both positions. Throughout the instructional, you will learn a variety of set-ups, leg attacks, throw-bys, and other takedowns.

By the end of the instructional, you will have a comprehensive understanding of how to control your opponent from the inside tie, get to your offense, and score more takedowns.
