This is one of my favorite instructionals. Italo goes over concepts and backs it up with techniques and drills that help elevate your passing and guard game. It's affordable and only 45 minutes! Italo gets to the point and has just enough easily digestible content that doesn't become overwhelming.

In this instructional, Italo takes a step back from the thousands of techniques we have learned in Jiu Jitsu and simply asks the questions, “Why are we doing the moves this way?” “What is our objective?” He clearly lays out what our general goals are in several major positions and helps us see how the dots principle can be used to properly control our opponents while using the same logic to avoid being controlled by our opponents.

Italo does a great job of explaining how a well thought out game built around low risk techniques can add up to dominant positions and submissions over the course of a roll

A great instructional from a great instructor. All the material covered was presented in a very efficient and effective manner, which allowed me to immediately understand the concepts discussed. When drilling and rolling I found that I was able to very quickly utilize what I had learned from Italo to great effect, which I credit to how broadly applicable the dots principle can be.
