One of the best NCAA wrestlers ever breaks down not only what made him successful, but also what he's working on now in freestyle. Get all his courses because they all flow together. Just one is good but not enough!

Awesome instructional with so much to learn from! I appreciate the small details you explain with your technique. Cool to see a high level guy being creative and encouraging creativity with the single leg and grabbing the foot behind your own leg. My favorite part is 44:30 with the detail on the single finish. Very important details that Jason Nolf describes really well!
