The front headlock will help you control the pace, position and posture of your opponent and give your multiple opportunities to end up in dominant positions.

In this instructional, Jason will share his most effective techniques, strategies, and tips on how to use the front headlock that is fully applicable to both Jiu Jitsu and wrestling.

The instructional will cover a range of topics, including  the different types of front headlock, solid front headlock position, takedowns, leg attacks, back takes, pins, and even submissions.

Jason Nolf’s Bio:

Jason Nolf is widely regarded as one of the most exciting and creative offensive wrestlers in recent history of the sport. His takedown game of why he’s been able to score so many points and pins in his career. Jason Nolf is one of the most decorated wrestlers to ever come out of the state of Pennsylvania and in NCAA history.

Jason is a 3x Pennsylvania state champion and compiled a high school record of 176-1. In college, Jason was a 4x NCAA finalist and 3x NCAA Champion and compiled a career record of 117-3 at 157 lbs while at Penn State.

Jason was also an integral part of the Penn State team’s dominance over the last several years, securing 4 team titles while on the roster.

On the Men’s Senior Freestyle stage, Jason currently competes at 74 kgs and is a member of Team USA. Jason has won several national and international tournaments and has medaled at many more. Jason will compete for the 74 kg starting spot for the 2024 Olympics.

Nolf has recently announced that he plans to pursue a career in mixed martial arts in the not-so-distant future, so keep an eye out for his debut! We have high hopes that Jason will be just as exciting in MMA as he was in wrestling.

Technically sound, covers every possible position, and is clearly explained throughout the instruction. This is one of the best technique videos I've seen.
