Mark Hall’s instructional is designed for wrestlers and grapplers that may struggle to finish their single leg takedowns or want to improve their ability to consistently takedown their opponents with high crotches, head inside single legs, or low single takedowns.
Learning how to effectively finish takedowns on opponents from once you get to a single leg attack is arguably more important than the initial attack for both wrestling and jiu jitsu!
In this instructional, Hall will share his most effective techniques, strategies, and tips on finishing single leg attacks that are fully applicable to both jiu jitsu players and wrestlers of all skill levels.

Mark Hall’s Bio:
Mark Hall is one of the most successful 174 pound wrestlers to come out of the Penn State program in history – and he is in good company. His single leg takedown system was huge reason for his success and his near 95% takedown finish rate in college.
Mark was a NCAA Champion and 3x All-American at Penn State, being a 3 time NCAA Finalist. Unfortunately, in 2020, while seeded #1 at 174 lbs, Mark had to miss his senior year’s tournament due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Hall was also an integral part of the Penn State team’s dominance over the last several years, securing multiple team titles while on the roster.
On the Freestyle stage, Mark is a 2x Junior World Champion, a Cadet World Champion, Men’s Senior US Open Champion. Hall has won and placed at multiple Senior-level tournaments across the globe.
Mark Hall trains at the Pennsylvania Regional Training Center in Philadelphia and is also an assistant coach at the University of Pennsylvania.
