How should I do the setup as a left legged wrestler against righty’s? Please and thanks!

Great question. If you’re a left leg lead and want to sprinter stance shoot, I’d recommend attacking your opponents left leg. Even if they are a right leg lead, just circle to your left with them and they will step with their left leg to square up. You can attack their right leg but you will need to move your feet quickly (right shuffle) and then as they square up you should be able to rip a hard shot to a leg or both legs ! Hope that helps.

What is your opinion on head placement for doubles? I sometimes see you put the head to the middle (forehead or crown of your head to the opponent’s chest) and sometimes to either side like traditional doubles. Do you intentionally target your head placement or use whatever you get after starting the shot?
