Nick Lee’s instructional is designed for wrestlers and grapplers of all skill levels who want to improve their ability to consistently takedown their opponents with both outside attacks and inside-tie attacks.

Learning how to effectively takedown opponents from outside or inside ties is a vital skill for wrestling and jiu jitsu!

In this instructional, Nick will share his most effective techniques, strategies, and tips on leg attacks and takedowns that are fully applicable to both Jiu Jitsu players and wrestlers of all skill levels.

The instructional will cover three primary concepts and topics:

  1. Takedowns from ‘Outside the Box’
  2. Takedowns from ‘Inside the Box’
  3. Fireman’s Carry Series

The concept of the ‘boxes’ of neutral or standing position wrestling revolves around how you are tied up with your opponent and which takedown attacks are available to you from either ‘box’.

Throughout the instructional, you will learn the Nick Lee’s favorite takedown attacks from outside and inside ties, as well as snap downs and how to perfect your fireman’s carry technique.

Not only does Nick provide expert technique and instruction, he’ll also give you a fireman’s carry drill to work on your grips and cardio during practice.

Nick Lee’s “Fundamental Takedown Concepts” instructional is a must-have if you compete in wrestling or Brazilian jiu jitsu.
