Hey Nick! What was the #1 issue you had on top? Was there a particular first move that gave you most troubles? What did you do to fix it?

Any tips for teaching new wrestlers to ride? Some of our new guys hips continue to fall of to the side or get to far in front.

I like to make sure i always have one knee directly behind my opponent’s rear end. That ensures i am riding not too high at all times.
