Levi Haines’ Bio:
Levi Haines is one of the most talented young wrestlers competing at the NCAA and International level today. Levi started for Penn State University at 157 pounds and secured his first National Title in 2024.
Levi is a hard-nosed, technical wrestler that keeps the pace high on his opponents – he proved that during his last two college seasons by frequently scoring first as well as scoring at the end of periods.
Levi Haines is a product of Olympic Champion David Taylor’s wrestling club M2 in Pennsylvania.. He had an outstanding high school career through his junior season, which was capped with a Pennsylvania State title.
Haines opted to forego his senior year and begin focusing on his collegiate and freestyle careers. Levi won several college opens as a high schooler and was a member of the 2021 Cadet World Team.
It seems Haines made the correct choice, as he has made the NCAA finals in both his true freshman and sophomore seasons as a Nittany Lion. We look forward to watching Levi’s career continue to evolve.
